Leroy has traded his beehive for a guitar and is planning on being a cowboy singer. To the consternation of Gildersleeve Leroy is putting in lots of practice but he has very little talent and Gildy trying to be kind tells Leroy that he is wasting his time. Gildy was as tactful as he knows how to be and can’t understand why Leroy is so upset.
