Bull Taggart has been in Dodge three days with his Indian wife. Kitty is concerned when she sees him in the Long Branch and his wife looks very scared. He is a brutish man and tells Marshal Dillon that his wife is Indian and a born liar although Marshal Dillon can tell that she is Mexican or Spanish. Later a Mexican man Don Marco turns up looking for his beautiful wife Maria who has gone missing.
