Line Trouble

Jasper Foss figures that the Marshal needs to know about the cut telegraph line that he rode past about an hour ago on his way in to Dodge. Matt and Chester ride out and come across Indian Small Hawk being escorted by the cavalry to the fort for cutting the wire. Marshall Matt Dillon is a friend of Small Hawk and convinces the army that he is not a trouble causer and cut the line out of fear and they agree to release him to Matt. However the line had been cut more than once and Small Hawk only cut it once.
