Costello is insulting everyone again. He's been acting strangely for a few days now. Abbott's worried about him, so he's going to take him to see the doctor, a psychiatrist, who can psychoanalyze him. The professional diagnosis of the psychiatrist is that Costello is impossible, and should go into a rest home.
