Gildy is driving home from work when he sees his neighbor Mr Bullard walking home and stops to offer him a lift. Mr Bullard tells him that his young niece Brenda who is staying with him is excited about her school cotillion dance, which is being held tomorrow night. He tells Gildy that she must invite someone from a good family and Gildy is thinking that Bullard is a big snob until he tells him she is going to invite Leroy!
