Sadly this was the last of the Stan Freberg Shows and for their farewell they picked out the best of what had gone before. Peggy Taylor sings “Birth of the Blues”, Bang Gunley rides out to look at the spread in that fast moving western U.S. Marshall. Stan gives his rendition of “The Banana Boat Song” as only he can. Billy May adds his musical bit to the last show and the Abominable Francis shows up to keep the laughter going on and on, right to the end.
