The case that Squire Skimp has brought against Lum and Abner for a $1000 for an injury that he is supposed to have received at the Planetarium Picture Show is been tried in the County Seat today and as we look in on the courtroom now the case is well underway. Lum hasn’t yet arrived and the testimony so far has been very muych against our old friend. We find Abner and Dick Huddleston and Grand pappy Spiers seated together near the witness stand.
