Young Bill Collier the new United States Marshal at River City was cleaning his guns in his office on the day after his arrival. Suddenly the door burst open and Sheriff Morgan hurried inside announcing his first case. He told him that Ringo, the worst outlaw west of the Pecos had just gone in to the bank but it turns out the Sheriff is just playing a joke on the new Marshal. Collier now needs to prove himself to stop the whole town laughing at him.
