In the early hours of the morning Barbecue Tom Morrissey met a young lady who said she was called Marybell and was in big trouble and that she couldn't go to the police as it was a matter of family honor. Tom lent her $100 and when he arrived at noon that day at the place she agreed to meet him she didn't turn up. Casey told Tom that he'd been stung by a racket but Tom didn't believe it and was convinced she was in genuine danger.
