A man calls in to the Marshall’s office and asks to be locked up as he claims that he feels like killing somebody. The man is called Jacob leech and he is a god-fearing man. He wants to be locked up for the night so that he won’t be tempted to kill Ollie Radford who he considers to be a man of sin.
