Our story finds Inspector Blair and Sergeant Marshall on the west coast of Vancouver Island, engaged in the investigation of dope smuggling. Posing as tourists, Blair, Marshall and the very efficient Miss Guest of the Special Service, are staying at the hotel at Kittilak Harbour. Our story begins out on the lagoon, where Blair and Marshall are enjoying a morning's quiet fishing.
