Lee Burrage was accused of killing Jeff Manders’s brother two years ago in Abilene and Manders had tracked him down in Pleasant Valley and planed to take him back to Abilene for trial. However Burrage had just killed a man in Pleasant Valley and the men there plan to lynch him.
