In their effort to catch a criminal ring that's stealing babies and selling them for adoption Nick Carter, his secretary Patsy and assistant Scubby Wilson have been captured by the gang and taken to a deserted warehouse. Dutch, one of the gang's gunmen, has orders to kill them as soon as  he receives a signal from the chief, the leader of the gang.
