Tonight’s story June Moon is all about the big city – the city of Manhattan. In this city you round the corner and bump into your old friend from Wisconsin, you pluck a flower in the park and are jumped upon by bandits. Our hero is on a speeding train into the city right now and in a carriage further down the train is the candy man. Jack Benny is playing the hero, the love interest and Orson Welles is the candy man. Jack being well known as a comedian keeps interrupting the play to the laughter of the audience.
