Ken Carpenter opens the show, introducing tonight's hostess, one of the extra special glamour girls, the young lady we would refer to as 'Our Gal Sal', except for the fact that her name is Judy Garland! She performs the first song of the I May Be Wrong (But I Think You're Wonderful), before she is joined by Danny Kaye and his comedic talents.
