Judy Garland is the Master of Ceremonies, and opens the show by introducing the three other ladies of today's show. There's some terrific tongue-in-cheek banter between the ladies, cloaked insults and typical rivalry. Judy Garland then sings Zing! Went The Strings of My Heart. She then introduces Ginny Simms who sings It's Going To Be A Great Day with the Bombardiers, the 370th Band of the San Bernardino Air Service Command. Next up Shirley Ross and Dinah Shore bring more rivalry and singing.
