Eddie Barker and his wife Cora had been out for the evening. On their return, Cora fell asleep, and whilst was Eddie laying beside her, he heard a disturbance. He found his gun, and went to investigate. When the police arrive it's too late, they enter a wood panelled room, and see a safe open, its' belongings strewn across the floor, and a young man, dead, with a bullet wound to the head.
