Nelly and Joe are foster parents to an adorable little ten month old boy called Joey. They're head over heels in love with him, but their world is going to be turned upside down, when the adoption agency call to say that he is going to be taken from them, and adopted out to a lovely young couple who are desperate for a child. A real tear jerker.
