Danny was on his way home after a hard day policing Broadway when Kaypeck, a freelance photographer collared him in the alleyway reserved for police vehicles. He had an interested photograph to show him. It was the picture of a man who had recently won the lottery winner. There were two strange things about the photograph. Firstly, it was common knowledge that there were no photographs of Jimmy Dawn, the lottery winner. Secondly, only weeks after winning the $17,000 the subject of the photograph had ended his life underneath a subway train.
