Jimmy Carter the young lad who sold newspapers and who had once helped Johnny Dollar with a previous case had seen a man pushed over a bridge. He used his own money to ring Johnny Dollar and tell him about the murder he had seen. Johnny had to act quick as he feared that the boys life may be in danger.
