Fibber has been having a dream again, and he's talking in his sleep. The dream is the same one that he's been having over and over again where he shouts out that he's innocent. It's about him stealing a button from the police headquarters. They've hauled him off to the electric chair, and started to strap him in. But it wouldn't work, so silly Fibber offered to fix it for them! Oh well, it was just a dream, so he's just going to get up, get dressed and go out for a walk to get a newspaper.
