Jane Eyre is a love story as wild and unpredictable as a storm over the English moors where Charlotte Bronte, the English author of the story, grew up in the 19th century.

It is the tale of Jane Eyre a governess at Thornfield and of her love for the master of the house Mr Rochester. She is happy when Mr Rochester asks for her hand in marriage but has to leave Thornfield when she learns that the violent mad woman Grace Poole who lives in the attics of the house is not only the sister of Mr Mason but the wife of her beloved Mr Rochester.
