Jack Benny is the Master of Ceremonies, but it's Ken Carpenter who opens the show with a note from Sergeant Jim Blane of APO149, with a request for Jack to take their sweetheart, Paulette Goddard out on a date. It's a classic comedy sketch, and will have your sides splitting with laughter! Then follows a wonderful rendition from Miguelito Valdez singing, El Cumbanchero.
