There was a time when Doc Sixgun had to cure a severe epidemic. A strange disease which infects men whose heart is full of bitterness and hatred. When peddling his wares, Pablo stops at a house built by a family who have travelled thousands of miles to settle in the new territories. Unfortunately, a vigilante group called the 'Night Riders' has other ideas, and arrive to try and run the immigrants out of town.
