Bronco is doing really well in the real estate business and has sold a house on the river – his first big sale. However the commission is kind of unusual as he gets part of it in cash and part of it in a houseboat. Seems like a bad deal but when Nurse Catherine shows an interest in the boat Gildy offers to buy it from Bronco for what he is in it for. However he didn’t expect it to be $235 and decides to sell the idea of shared ownership to the Jolly Boys.
