Herewith Mr Jack Benny in a highly unusual comedy fantasy about an angel who was sent down from higher places to destroy the earth, which has got out of hand. Claude Rains stars as the chief of the small planets and assigns minor angel Athaniel aged 339 (Jack Benny) to go down to earth and destroy it by blowing his horn at exactly midnight. However rather than finding the people of earth to be greedy and intolerant he finds them to be very nice and finds he cant go through with his assignment.
