When the kids come home with their tails between their legs because the teacher has marked their homework with “C” Minus and told them they should be trying harder Phil gets a little cross with them and goes on at great length about paying attention to the teacher and if they’re experiencing difficulty with their homework they should ask their father to help them. Alice then tells Phil that they did and he had done their homework for them. Oh dear. Phil is called up to join the Election Committee but how can he advise anyone else to vote when he doesn't even know anything about the candidates!
