Anita rings Fred to warn him that his twin brother Henry is on his way over. She has just seen him in his uniform getting in to a taxi even though he was reported dead in the South Pacific. She fears that Henry must know about Fred and Anita. Henry had never been reported dead merely as a prisoner of the Japanese. But he had not expected his twin brother to tell his wife that he was dead and for them to change their names and get married. When Henry confronts his brother a scuffle ensues and one of the brothers ends up dead, but which one?
