It is ten 'o' clock on a cold rainy night on a state highway curving along the coast of southern California. Jack Packard and Doc Long are in the cab of a two tonne delivery truck, attired in the khaki uniforms and peaked caps usually worn by truck drivers. They are on an assignment, disguised as truckers and they're trying to catch hijackers...
