A meeting was taking place in the offices of the Cuban Sugar Growers Association and they discovered that $60,000 was missing. They gave Cliff Fargo 60 days to find the money so that he could avoid disgrace and prison. Cliff had gambled the money away on a fishing trip he spots a smugglers ship called Havana Lee. He finds the owner of the boat and does a deal with her to smuggle cortisone drugs out of Cuba.
