Whilst clearing the trees on his farm, a farmer is taken by surprise when two men come out through the bushes, with the intention of doing a survey on the land. They're under the impression that the land belongs to the government. However, the farmer has paid for the land fair and square so threatens to split their heads open. They soon scarper, but it's not long before there's more talk of the 'Yorkers' in the nearby town...
