The gunsmith thinks that there doesn’t seem to be any sense to wanting an old gun fixed when Yancy Graot has a perfectly good gun in much better shape. Groat tells him that the gun has a specific job to do as it missed its chance once. Yancy Graot then goes in to a store and requests a specific coffin that was they type that the Yankees were buried in.
