This is the story of a platoon of soldiers, posted to the front line trenches in France during World War I. The tale follows the plight of the outfit, and the factions within them. Morale is low, and as they move back to the trenches, one soldier in particular, questions the reasons why they're fighting, just what are they fighting for?
