Scientists have come up with new plans to improve radar. However, all the documentation has been stolen from the research lab. The man who smuggled the plans out of the country turns up dead. His killer got as far as Algiers and then he got killed. They now believe that an international information peddler named Zundell has the plans in Athens. It is essential that the plans are returned which is where Steve comes in!
