George had gone to Egypt with Dr Jason Freeman’s archaeological group to discover if possible the tomb of the pharaoh Amoartin. Amoartin had been one of the greatest rulers of the third dynasty. Other parties before had covered every inch of ground in the Valley of Kings only to meet with failure. Dr Freeman believed the lost tomb was several miles away from the valley but it was not the tomb of Amoartin that they found but the cursed tomb of Amoniris.
