The Fort was less than a mile outside of town, and Todd Cantrell decided to leave his horse at the livery stable. He ate supper at the hotel, and the talk in the dining room was all about the Apaches. With Little Dog as their leader, the young braves had left the reservation, and were raiding ranches and towns.
