Henry is in the living room with his parents and he is getting his father prepared for what he is about to ask. All he wants is 25cents to buy Loretta a hot dog at the forthcoming dance. However, his mother is insistent that he can’t have the 25 cents from either his father or mother. Henry is puzzled as to why his mother won’t let him have the money.
