Steve Mitchell 's assignment leads him to Mexico City on the trail of Mr Charon who is a cold blooded killer, an assassin for hire mixed up in half a dozen international murders. Mitchell is to find a man named Fillipe Eldorado who says he has all the information needed to nail Charon. Eldorado wants to make a cash deal before he does any talking. He wants $50,000 to put the finger on Charon. Steve Mitchell has to find him and tell him the US don't do business that way but someone gets to ldorado befor Steve Mitchell.
