Gentle Julia is a story by Booth Tarkington in which Julia’s sister Florence, is intent on stirring things for her sweetheart Mr Noble Dill. Finally Florence shows that she is a good kid underneath that meddling exterior by saving her sister Julia from an unfortunate marriage to the insincere city slicker, Mr Crum.
