When travelling artist Steve Neil saves rich and old Mr Jameson from an armed bandit who is holding him up Mr Jameson repays his kindness by putting him up and employing him to do some landscape and portrait paintings for a very profitable reward. However Steve Neil is not the honorable man he appeared to be.
