The lovely young screen star Gene Tierney is tonight's Mistress of Ceremonies, and is introduced by Ken Carpenter. She then opens the show by welcoming Martha Tilton, who sings Besame Mucho. Next up is Roy Acuff and his Smoky Mountain Boys who sing Easy Rocking Chair followed by Wait For The Light To Shine. A guest from Duffy's Tavern arrives next, to bring some laughs to the show.
