Many times when a woman has something important to do she can count on her husband to help her but not if her husband happens to be Phil Harris. Tonight Phil's efforts to help Alice almost result in a national catastrophe. It's the month for the March of Dimes drive and Alice is helping in her neighborhood to raise money for charity. She's been out all morning collecting funds and Phil being left alone is putting his time to good use. He's working on an arrangement for his band.
