It was a sad New Years Day for Anne Stone and a bewildering day for the reverend Edgar Sweet. Oscar Stone husband and friend lay dead, quite suddenly and after what seemed and indicated a quick recovery. But that was only the first event of January the 1st 1910. On to the scene strolled an old man, Oscar's seventy-five year old father wanting to see his son. It seemed liked he had died in his sleep but his father was not sure, things did not look quite right to him and he wanted a post mortem.
