Fibber McGee is stressing because the mail always arrives by ten at the latest and it is now seven minutes past. He is expecting a copy Partly True magazine. When the mail does arrive it is not with one magazine but with forty thousand copies of the May edition of Partly True magazine which they dump on his front porch.
