George Valentine receives a letter for help from Santa Claus. For a while he even plays Santa Clause at the North Pole local branch office, Gunford’s department store but in the meantime his assistant Claire Brooks has disappeared. She was kidnapped and so far the police haven’t located either her or the man who was there at the time Mo Dickerson. All this and a midget and a note threatening murder because of a missing electric train and a few inexpensive toys.
