Angelita wants a wedding with lots of flowers, with 10 dozen roses $50 dollars worth. All her life she has dreamed of her wedding to Julio with lots of flowers. Angelita gets a job in St Antonio and earns enough for a fine wedding, as she knows that her papa cannot afford to pay. She even has $10 more to give to Father Anton for the poor. However her father mistakenly gives the envelope with $50 for the roses to Father Anton for the poor. This means that Angelita cannot have the roses at her wedding as she only has $10 to pay for them.
