The General just fell out of bed, his name William Scott Ketchem, Major General United States army, retired. So that there’ll be no mistake this is the same William Scott Ketchem that led the famed Ketchem raiders against the Seminoles in 1842 who was acting inspector general of the department of the Missouri and the one who did a good job in recruiting in Harrisburg Pennsylvania during the civil war. The General is in agony. In protest against the quick ebb of his life he’s kicking the floor, the General is dead…
