Little Joe of the Hanley mob comes to Boston Blackie with information about the Arnold gang, refuted counterfeiters, but is killed for his trouble. With information supplied by little Joe Blackie receives a $100 bill from a counterfeiter for a $50 of his own but the $100 is then proved to be genuine. Later one of the counterfeiter gang is murdered to avenge the death of little Joe.
