Patrolman Coley attended a building after a call out from Mrs Bertha Hellas a resident who discovered a seventy-eight year old man whom she thought was drunk sleeping in the hallway. The man claimed he’s never had a drink in his life and refused to tell the police his name. He said that he didn't want to go home to his family and be any trouble to them and would prefer to sleep in a cell. But his daughter and son-in-law obviously cared about him as they reported him missing.
