Jim is surprised to find that Margaret has bought a subscription of The Poultry Breeders Bulletin and Gazette for $4 from a door-to-door salesman because he was a nice boy studying at university. Not only that it appears that she has put a deposit down on 12 books on Birds. However, she’s not the only one to fall under the hypnotic influence of the average salesman in the Anderson family home!
